  • We love when you and your guests take flowers home — they’re meant to be enjoyed!

    We’ll simply return after the celebration to pick up our rentals.
    Any leftover blooms that are still fresh are donated to brighten someone’s day at a local care home. And the rest? We compost into rich soil and send a little back to you — so you can plant something meaningful and keep the love growing.

  • We finalize your floral design one month before the wedding, so you can relax and enjoy the countdown.
    Small additions can usually be made up to 3 weeks prior, depending on flower availability.

    Larger design changes (color palette, style, floral scale, etc.) need to be made at least 2 months before and may require an adjusted pricing to account for re-planning and new flower orders.
    We’ll guide you every step of the way.

  • Yes — repurposing is one of our favorite ways to bring more beauty to your day.

    We’ll review the venue and timeline to create a simple repurposing plan, and let you know when additional staffing or time is needed.

  • We’re based in Los Angeles, California, and happily design weddings across Southern California, Northern California, and Mexico.

  • Yes.

    • A La Carte: starts at $500

    • Full-Service Wedding Floral Design: starts at $4,500
      Most couples spend $6,500–$10,000+, depending on scale, venue, and design vision.

  • To reserve your date, we require a 20% deposit for weddings / 50% deposit for smaller events and a signed contract.

    The remaining balance is due 30 days before your wedding so we can place flower orders with our growers.

  • Absolutely!

    We love celebrations of all kinds — corporate events, galas, showers, proposals, private dinners, and more.
    Email us with your date and details at info@loveliafloral.com and we’ll let you know availability.

  • We typically book weddings 6–12 months in advance.

    For smaller events, we recommend reaching out at least 3 weeks ahead.

    We intentionally take a limited number of events each month so every couple receives a deeply personal experience.

  • That’s totally okay — most couples don’t!

    Our design call is where we talk through inspiration, priorities, mood, and logistics.

    We’ll guide you gently and clearly until the vision becomes you.

  • Yes! Every full-service package includes a virtual mock-up + mood board so you can see your design take shape.

    If you'd like a physical mock-up with real flowers, we can create one for an additional fee.
